Building awareness, resilience, and life skills for a mentally healthy campus
BSSS SAATH actively works toward creating a mentally healthy campus through preventive and outreach initiatives. These activities focus on reducing stigma, promoting mental health awareness, and encouraging timely help-seeking among students.
Through regular campus engagement, SAATH aims to normalize conversations around mental health and empower students with knowledge and emotional preparedness.
Skill-based interventions form a core component of SAATH’s functioning. These programs equip students with practical psychological tools to manage academic pressure, emotional challenges, and interpersonal demands effectively.
Workshops are interactive, experiential, and development-oriented, focusing on strengthening coping skills, emotional intelligence, and overall resilience.
